Hi Everyone!! This week was crazy! Well first off, all of our appointments fell through on Monday, Tuesday, and yesterday. It was super hard to keep a good attitude at times however, we kept our heads up and kept working and we definitely saw the fruits of our labors. This week we had 15 new investigators and 3 investigators and 6 less actives went to church! SO MANY MIRACLES!!! It really helped show me that when we are doing our part the Lord will make up for the rest! Oh and one of our investigators said she is going to really try to be baptized on March 7th. Her story is complicated and would take along time to explain but just know that this is a HUGE step! I'm so excited for her! Ill let you guys know what happens.
Okay and to finish I will tell you guys what happened last night. So, Elder Quispe was trying to get onto the roof and stepped on a water nozzle and broke the whole thing clean off. This nozzle is outside where we hook up the washer. The water outside isn't constant and usually gets cut off in the afternoon. So, when he did this there was no water in the pipes. However, we knew what most likely would happen in the morning. I said we were going to have a pool...and I was right. At 1:30 am I woke up and heard something that sounded like a tub was filling up. I was pretty groggy and figured that water was gushing everywhere but didn't want to get up. However, I decided to get up and found out that the drain outside was clogged and that outside was full of water and all the water was flowing into the house. We all got up and turned off the water and then spent about 45 mins getting rid of the water. I went to bed and Elder Quispe finished. But it went all the way to the front room. So good thing there is no carpet in the houses in Colombia, well in almost every house. So today we had to call someone to fix it and now, everything is back to normal, or at least it should be. But ya, last night was fun! Love you all and thank you for your support!
