Hi guys!!
Well, this was a busy week!! Monday was transfers and I'm going to Cúcuta 2, Caobos 2!! We also had to help with picking up missionaries from the bus terminal. Three missionaries going home also came to our house to stay until Thursday morning. Elder De Young, the new sec de salud came on Tuesday and we had the new missionaries meeting. The meeting ended at about 4:30pm and then at 7pm we were out and searching for a lost sister missionary (one of the new ones). Don't worry we found here eventually. Wednesday I started training Elder De Young, Thursday morning at 3:15am, we helped the missionaries take down their luggage 6 floors because the elevator broke. We had interviews with the President on Friday, and then Saturday and Sunday we watched general conference!! General Conference was SO good!!! We saw 2 RMs from our mission, Elder Valladares and Elder Hicken, during the choirs on the Saturday sessions. One was in the BYU Idaho choir and the other in the Logan Utah Institute choir. It was really weird but kind of cool too, ha ha. It's weird that it was my last one in Colombia.
Our mission started a "Missionary Purification" fast starting on Sunday. We fasted Sat-Sun and made a list of at least 10 things that we need to stop/start doing. Then we started a fast of 40 days on Sunday, but we aren't fasting with food nor water, but with actions and will. It has been pretty tough and I'm honestly not doing so hot as of right now. But it's a process and I really want to complete with everything on my list, so I know I can do it with help from the Lord. I love this gospel and I know that Jesus Christ lives. I know that God is our Heavenly Father and we are literally his children. He loves us perfectly and will never abandon us nor stop loving us neither will he love us less for the mistakes we have made. I love you all and I hope you have a great week!!
