Hi Everyone!
Another week has FLOWN bye! So Sunday morning, I got calls at 2AM and 5:50AM from an Elder and a Sister missionary. There has been a lot of sick missionaries lately and others who just know how to drive me completely crazy. Growing up, we never went to the doctor and if we were sick Dad always said, "It will go away", haha. And he was right! So now, when missionaries call me for a stomach ache, the flu, or a freaking boil I just want to tell them, "Take a pill, and wait. It will go away". Some are okay with a pill but others won't take anything if it's not from a doctor and then there are others who INSIST on going to the hospital and won't take no for an answer. So, I'm learning a lot of patience, haha. I may have kinda fought with a Sister missionary on something, but then I called her back when we were both calm and she said she would take my advice. Oh joy. Then, these next days are going to be CRAZY because we have concilio on Thursday and I have to get all packages and proselyting materials for all of the zones to a chapel in Alhambra and some Zone Leaders still haven’t sent me what they need. And tomorrow I have intercambios with my ZL. So, I cant wait for it to be Friday. Well, actually I'm really excited for Thursday night at 7:30pm because a few hours ago a guy called me and said he found my number online and wants to meet with us to learn more about The Book of Mormon, baptism, and the gospel in general. AWESOME!!!!! We still only have 2 investigators in total, but we are still trying to work hard and find new people, and that they live in our area!! There are so many people that live in the Bogota South Mission. Well, I don't get tired of saying so I will say it again. I LOVE THE GOSPEL OF JESUS CHRIST! It is literally the best thing ever! It brings so much peace in difficult times when there is literally NO reason to feel peace. I know that it is only through our obedience to the gospel that we can find real happiness, joy and peace in this life and in the next. I know that families are forever and God knows us perfectly. Keep on keeping on and I will talk to you guys next week! Love you guys and thanks for your support and prayers!
