HEY!
So yes, the info that I gave last week about my comp is true. He was born in Honduras, but moved to the US when he was 9 and has lived in Wisconsin and Utah. He has been helping me a lot with my Spanish which I'm SO grateful for. These past weeks I've gotten a lot of comments about how bad my Spanish is. People say it right in front of my face and I'm like, I can understand perfectly what you're saying. So those have been fun moments. I have a lot of little things to tweak in grammar and pronunciation, so I've started on them.
This week we have found some new investigators and a lot of less active members and old investigators, some of which Elder Valladares taught a year and a half ago! My obedience is improving A TON and it is so obvious how many blessings I am receiving from just being obedient. This Friday we have interviews with President Laney and I'm excited to talk to him some more. Oh and we went to El Santísimo today which was really cool and I'm definitely going to go back there after the mission. Time just continues to FLY BYE! I'm so grateful for the opportunity I have to serve a mission and really understand just how AWESOME the gospel is. Love you all and thank you so much for all of your love and support!
